15 SEP 2023 – PIPM and Axiom Partners Successfully Transfer Airopack Production Facilities to Goraja BV
Waalwijk, The Netherlands – 15 September 2023 – PIPM Holding and leading investment firm Axiom Partners are pleased to announce the transition of all production facilities and intellectual property of eco-friendly Airopack® packaging, produced in Waalwijk, Netherlands, to Goraja BV, the family office of the De Cuyper family. As shareholders of Resilux, the De Cuyper family is behind the company that produced the groundbreaking Airopack (c) bottle between 2009 and 2016 and very familiar with the business.
Effective September 15th, 2023, the ownership of the production facilities, IP and machinery are transferred from Waalwijk, Netherlands, to Resilux’s European facilities, situated in Switzerland and Belgium.
Axiom Partners believes that this strategic move will further foster the potential and growth of Airopack under the expert guidance of the De Cuyper family, who possess extensive knowledge of the packaging market and substantial experience in product development. The De Cuyper family is currently rolling out its planning to service all existing customers in the long run and is expected to soon unveil their long-term strategy for the coming years. PIPM and Axiom Partners will continue their ownership of AiroSolutions, located in Heist Op Den Berg, Belgium. AiroSolutions, in addition to developing its own cosmetic and medical products, will continue to serve as the premium filling partner for Airopack bottles.
Both PIPM and Axiom Partners as well as De Cuyper are excited about this strategic transition, which aligns with its commitment to fostering innovation and growth within the packaging industry.
